Your space.
Your catalog.
Nothing else.
Vitrine turns any Android tablet into a dedicated, locked-down showcase for your business. The tablet boots straight into your website or catalog, full screen — fast, web-linked and always current when you update the site. Customers can browse everything you offer; they can't wander off into Android, other apps or settings.
A display case for the digital age
A vitrine is the glass case that shows off the best pieces in a gallery or boutique. This one runs on a tablet — and it shows off your entire catalog.
Locked-in launcher
Vitrine replaces the tablet's home screen. Power the device on and it opens your content — no desktop, no app drawer, no notifications, no way out. Hand it to anyone with confidence.
Your content, full screen
Your website, product catalog, price list, portfolio or booking page — shown edge-to-edge, exactly as you designed it. Update the website and the tablet follows, without rebuilding the APK.
Built for public spaces
Designed to be left alone with your customers. Visitors browse freely while the device stays on task — hour after hour, day after day, unattended.
Any Android tablet
No proprietary hardware, no expensive kiosk terminals. Bring the Android tablets you have — or pick any off-the-shelf model — and turn them into professional displays.
More than a full-screen browser
Vitrine is built as a commercial Android web kiosk: fast because content lives on the web, simple for visitors, controlled for the business, and supportable after the tablet is mounted on a counter, wall or stand.
Set Vitrine as the Home app and the tablet returns to your website or catalog after boot, unlock or app restart.
For managed installs, Device Owner mode can disable the lock screen, pin Vitrine as the persistent Home app and use Android lock-task kiosk mode.
Commercial installs validate against the S-Tech license server before customer content loads, with native activation and per-device trial support.
Most day-to-day changes happen on your website, so offers, prices, menus and catalog pages can update without reinstalling the app. Device Owner deployments can also install signed Vitrine APK updates from the published manifest.
An optional website cache can preload public HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and catalog files for faster startup and repeat visits while still respecting no-store responses.
When enabled by an administrator, trusted web pages can request native notifications, alarms, status data, cache refreshes and screen/audio actions.
For desk, wall or vehicle installs, Vitrine can let Android turn the display off during idle or off-hours and wake back to the live page when needed, reducing draw while the screen is dark.
Support staff can change the URL, check license status, refresh cache, run updates, start or stop kiosk mode and copy a safe device fingerprint summary.
Optional remote commands are locked by default, then can be enabled for controlled actions such as reboot, update, URL change, cache clear and kiosk start or stop.
Security posture: Vitrine does not expose the Android desktop to visitors. Admin access, bridge access and remote commands are separate controls so public tablets can stay restrictive by default.
Made for the front of the house
Anywhere a customer waits, browses or explores is a place Vitrine belongs.
Three steps to an always-on showcase
Point it at your content
We configure Vitrine with your website or catalog page — the one thing the tablet exists to show.
Vitrine takes over the tablet
Installed as the device launcher, it owns the screen from boot. The tablet is no longer a tablet — it's your display.
Put it where the people are
On a stand, a counter or a wall mount. Customers explore your offer; the device never leaves it.
Android kiosk app FAQ
Can Vitrine show any website?
Yes. If your catalog, menu, booking page, portfolio or internal web app runs in a modern browser, Vitrine can open it full screen and keep the tablet focused on it.
Does the tablet need internet?
Vitrine is web-linked, so the live website normally needs network access. Public static files can be preloaded with the optional performance cache to reduce startup time, but commercial licensing still checks the server by design.
What Android tablets does it support?
Vitrine is designed for standard Android tablets. Device Owner features work best on freshly prepared tablets where the app can be provisioned before customer accounts are added.
How are updates handled?
Website content updates as soon as the site changes. The app also checks a signed update manifest; on Device Owner installs, APK updates can be installed silently, otherwise Android may ask for confirmation depending on the device policy.
Can it save power when no one is using it?
Yes, for managed setups it can be configured around Android screen-off behavior: keep the kiosk ready, let the display sleep when appropriate, then return to the full-screen website when the screen wakes.
Can visitors exit to Android settings or other apps?
The goal is no. Vitrine replaces the Home screen, supports lock-task kiosk mode, hides normal Android navigation in use, and keeps admin tools behind a PIN.
