SPIDERS TECH SRL ("SPIDERS TECH", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy informs you how we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal information while providing our Services. This Policy applies from the first use of our Services after your consent and ends only on your express request. Our Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time — the latest update date will always appear at the beginning of this document.
When you use, install or access any of our Services, SPIDERS TECH may collect and record information you provide, whether through the Services themselves, social networks, or other third party services. We may collect information about you directly from you, from the means of access you use, from third parties, and automatically through your use of our Applications, Games, Websites, Pages, Emails, Messaging Services and Forms.
When you log into our mobile application through a social account (Facebook, Google, Apple), SPIDERS TECH may collect: your basic profile information (name, profile picture, gender, user ID, list of friends, date of birth, email address); posts to your wall; posts in your news feed; and other social network data.
Like many websites, SPIDERS TECH may use "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a small data file transferred to your computer or mobile device for record-keeping purposes. We and our service providers may also employ: web beacons (to know if a page was visited or an email opened); tracking pixels (for advertising efficiency); and local shared objects / flash cookies (to reduce fraud and remember in-game preferences).
SPIDERS TECH uses Google Analytics to count visitors and understand site usage. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Depending on the activity performed, we may collect: your name; social network user ID; mobile device unique identifier (UDID); transaction identifiers; your email address; your profile picture; your phone number; your age or date of birth; your gender; language and location data; IP address and MAC address; browser type and referring pages; game session duration and high scores; and any other information included in your online profile.
When you play our games on connected third-party platforms (Facebook, Apple, Google, etc.), any purchases are processed by that third-party platform and subject to their terms and privacy policy. For these purchases, SPIDERS TECH does not receive your financial information, but may receive non-financial information related to your purchases, like your name, approximate location, and items purchased.
When you ask for help from our Customer Support team, we may collect and store the contact information you provide (name, email address, phone number), information about your game play or activity, and your social network user identification number. We will also store the communications you have with our team in order to provide support and improve the Services.
SPIDERS TECH uses your information to fulfill your specific requests and purchase orders, to send purchase confirmation and account-related information, to send you messages regarding new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests and events (you may opt out at any time), and to better understand customer behavior and improve Services.
We will only collect, use and share your personal data where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so, including: your consent; our legitimate interest as a business; necessity to perform a contract with you; or compliance with a relevant legal or regulatory obligation.
By accessing the Services through a social network, mobile device or other third party platform, you acknowledge that SPIDERS TECH will collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any information that you agreed that the social network or platform could provide to SPIDERS TECH through its API, based on your settings on that platform.
SPIDERS TECH may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate its Services or to assist in analyzing how its Services are used. These parties are bound by our data privacy and security requirements and are not allowed to use personal data received from us for any other purpose. Some of our games may be made with Unity software. Please review the Unity Privacy Policy (available at unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy) for more information.
You may participate in activities that let you communicate with other players (forums, private messages, chats). You acknowledge that we may access, record, remove and/or store archives of these communications to protect the safety and well-being of our players and SPIDERS TECH's rights and property, and to improve our Services.
We share your personal data to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorized. We also share personal data among SPIDERS TECH-controlled affiliates and subsidiaries, and with vendors or agents working on our behalf. We will also access, transfer, disclose, and preserve personal data when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, protect our customers, maintain security of our products, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Where personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
You have certain rights in relation to your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact SPIDERS TECH at support@s-tech.pm. You may request correction of personal information that appears to be wrong. You can request deletion of your personal data by dissociating or removing the SPIDERS TECH application from your social network account, or by using the "Delete Account" button in the Options screen in the app. If you no longer have the app, contact us at support@s-tech.pm.
If you have previously allowed us to access your geolocation data, you can stop making geolocation available to us by visiting your mobile device's settings and changing location permissions for any app or game owned by us.
If you want to stop receiving promotional emails from SPIDERS TECH, click on the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email. You can also turn off push notifications by visiting your mobile device's "settings" page.
The Services may contain links to other websites or applications. SPIDERS TECH does not endorse or authorize those third parties, nor does it represent any affiliation. SPIDERS TECH cannot accept responsibility for any use of your personal data by such third parties, and cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as SPIDERS TECH.
When you use our Services, your data may be transferred outside of the country in which you reside, including to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). SPIDERS TECH uses third party suppliers based internationally, particularly (but without limitation) in the United States of America. We take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal data are made in accordance with applicable law, including contractual protections approved by the European Commission.
Our services and apps are allowed only to people above the age of 18. If a parent believes their child has submitted personal data to SPIDERS TECH, they can contact us at support@s-tech.pm. If SPIDERS TECH learns that a child has provided personal data, SPIDERS TECH will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Disputes arising in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian Courts, although SPIDERS TECH retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of this Privacy Policy in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will change the date at the beginning of this Policy. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or by prominent posting on our online services. You are responsible for periodically checking this policy for any changes.
